At Enlight Metals Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality steel and metal products to our customers. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept any refund or return requests unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defect Claims

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at:

To process your claim, we may request the following:

• Order details (Invoice number, date, etc.)

• Photographs or videos clearly showing the defect

• A written description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we will verify the defect and may offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the defective product

• Partial or full refund (only in exceptional cases)

• Alternate resolution based on mutual agreement

Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

• The defect must be manufacturing-related.

• The product must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• The return request must be made within the specified time frame (48 hours).

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Enlight Metals will bear the cost of return shipping.

Important Note

No refunds or returns will be accepted for reasons related to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
