No Refunds or Returns
We do not accept any refund or return requests unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defect Claims
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at:

To process your claim, we may request the following:
- Order details (Invoice number, date, etc.)
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the defect
- A written description of the issue
After reviewing the claim, we will verify the defect and may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the defective product
- Partial or full refund (only in exceptional cases)
- Alternate resolution based on mutual agreement
Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
- The defect must be manufacturing-related.
- The product must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The return request must be made within the specified time frame (48 hours).
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Enlight Metals will bear the cost of return shipping.
Important Note
No refunds or returns will be accepted for reasons related to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control
