Sales Executive

• 1Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• 2Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage B2B OEM clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• 3Product Knowledge: Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of our MS products and guide them in selecting the right products for their needs.
• 4Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
• 5Order Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order placement, coordination with the logistics team, and ensuring timely delivery.
• 6Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback.
• 7Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in mild steel products or a related industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM), MS Office applications, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR coils, CR sheets, galvanized sheets, and the steel market.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
